We currently only deliver within the UK and aim to dispatch your artwork within 7 business days.
Shipping is calculated based on postage fees, packaging and labour costs. The postal service we use is dependent upon the total weight, size and value of your parcel: we use Royal Mail 'signed for', 'special delivery', 'tracked48' or ParcelForce 48 for all UK deliveries. If you wish to purchase more than 1 item please get in touch as we may be able to adjust shipping for you.
Local collection from the studio in High Littleton, Somerset is free.
We offer free local delivery within 15 miles of the studio on all orders over £100.00. Please contact us if you would like to arrange this.
Some mixed media items with glazed frames are only available for collection.
If you would like a piece delivered internationally then do get in touch for a shipping cost. Do bear in mind that overseas shipping (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. These additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Returns
If a painting is not as you expected, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you at your expense. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph of both the packaging and the item.
