I am an artist based in High Littleton, near Bath, in the UK.  I paint semi abstract, contemporary landscapes and seascapes in acrylic and mixed media. As well as painting I run workshops and co-host the Artchatter podcast.

'Layered Landscapes' online workshop

A special online offering where I’m opening up my Sketch and EXPLORE Club LIVE Zoom calls for 1 month as we explore 'Layered Landscapes'
The ‘Layered Landscapes’ workshop will share my approach to creating loose and abstracted mixed media landscapes. I’ll be sharing how I start, how I build layers and then how to review whilst embracing colour, print, colour and line - techniques that will help in both sketchbook work and actual paintings.
Whilst learning how to create wonderful layered landscapes you’ll also get a taste of how I teach and how much fun learning together is.

It is an informal teaching session where I am sharing the joys of sketching outside. It's a session where there are no expectations - just the opportunity to sketch as part of a group and receive help and advice from myself and from each other.
